The Planet Issue Launch Party started at 7:00 in the Mission, with free drinks from 7-9:00. Luckily, the girls made it by 8:55, just in time for one shitty well-rum drink! That's okay, Kate's friend Clay was there with a few friends. Clay took the girls up to the balcony and they danced their little hearts out. They met some interesting people, like gay Michael. You can meet gay Michael too! Just watch:


The night ended with Clay walking them to the bus stop. A sequence of terrible photographs were taken, yet only one survived:

Reno

Wednesday, June 6th.

Today Megan and Kate left a sunny San Francisco morning in tank tops for the "biggest little city in the world": Reno, Nevada.

Sure enough, through Tahoe they ran into none other than snow. This turned their four hour drive into five hours.

Reno, however, turned out to be sunny, and they spent their day thrifting for used records and meeting the lovely citizens of Reno. Everyone wanted to help these two lovely ladies find their way about town.

To top off their evening, they knew they had to have a high quality BUFFET DINNER! Megan and Kate adore buffet dinners. Unlimited crab and steak? Yes, please!

On the way out of town, the Reno police were in full force driving along the highway. They sure know how to do law enforcement in Reno.
